HOW DOES SHIPPING WORK?

Your order is shipped from San Francisco, CA, USA.

Because we ship directly from our partners in these countries, your item may take 5-7 days to arrive. Please do not panic if it does not show up immediately, it’s on its way (please email us for tracking) 

We offer international shipping options too – no matter where you are, you can buy from us!

IF I RECEIVED A WRONG ITEM, WHAT DO I DO?

If you received a wrong item, you can exchange it for the correct item or receive a full refund. To begin the process, you can contact Customer Service via support@6merch.com

I PLACED MY ORDER! WHEN WILL IT BE SHIPPED?

All orders are shipped out within 5-7 business days*. Your items will ship as soon as they are ready and you will receive an email notification with the order’s shipping confirmation and its tracking number.

If your order contains a variety of items, they may be shipped separately at no extra cost due to the different processing times. In this case, you will receive a shipping notification for each shipment.

(Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.)

I HAVEN’T RECEIVED MY CONFIRMATION EMAIL

Confirmation emails automatically go through right after you place order. If you don’t see it, make sure of the following:

1) Your order was completed (check your bank account).
2) You’re checking the same email inbox that you used to place the order.
3) It’s not in your junk folder.
4) You entered your email address correctly when placing an order. If not, please contact us via email address support@6merch.com we can help you adjust your email address.
